"Awful experience. Called in to bundle my home and auto because they said they could save me money. By the end of the call, the price changed 5 times and kept getting more and more expensive until it was almost double what they originally offered. When I asked how the price kept going up, they blamed it on their “system” when he clearly was just making mistake after mistake. If I didn’t say anything they definitely would’ve just submitted my policy without the proper coverages. I’d suggest literally any other office in Nashville, would put negative stars if possible, terrible experience."
